ARTICLE 1: Seller The site real-katana.com is operated by Real Katana, located at 7 allée de Chartres, Bordeaux, France.
ARTICLE 2: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
ARTICLE 3: Offer The products for sale on real-katana.com are described with their essential characteristics. The photos are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.
ARTICLE 4: Delivery and Additional Charges Delivery charges vary according to the order amount and are indicated before order validation. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or other local taxes.
ARTICLE 5: Orders Orders are placed on real-katana.com. Payment must be made by credit card via a secure payment system. An order number is assigned after validation. Real Katana reserves the right not to record a payment or confirm an order.
ARTICLE 6: Order Confirmation A confirmation email is sent after the order is registered. This email confirms receipt of the order but not the availability of the products.
ARTICLE 7: Prices Prices are quoted in euros and exclude taxes. Processing and shipping fees are not included. Prices may be changed, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 8: Delivery The risks related to the products are transferred to the customer upon receipt. Real Katana cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated when ordering. In case of delay, the customer should contact customer service to resolve the issue.
ARTICLE 9: Order Cancellation Cancellation is possible within 2 hours of the order. The refund will be made within 14 days following the request.
ARTICLE 10: Legal Guarantees of Conformity and Hidden Defects The customer has a two-year period to act in case of a conformity defect. In case of defect, the customer can choose between repairing or replacing the product.
ARTICLE 11: Right of Withdrawal The customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned new and in their original packaging.
ARTICLE 12: Disclaimer of Liability Real Katana is not responsible in case of non-performance of the contract due to a force majeure event.
ARTICLE 13: Evidence Agreement Actions taken on the site constitute the customer’s consent and are equivalent to a handwritten signature.
ARTICLE 14: Nullity If any provision of these general terms is deemed invalid, the other provisions remain in effect.
ARTICLE 15: Force Majeure In case of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are suspended. If the force majeure lasts more than three months, the general terms may be terminated by the affected party.
ARTICLE 16: Applicable Law These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. In case of failure, French courts will have jurisdiction.
